Empowerment session

I’ll hold space for you to align yourself more with Source, to the extent that befits your soul’s journey at this point.

How do you align yourself more and more with Source? Basically by surrendering inwardly.

• by not pointing the finger at others anymore;
• by accepting that the “outer world” functions as a mirror for what you hold on to in your “inner world”;
• by acknowledging & accepting what internal protection & defense patterns you try to hold on to: they have served you well in the past, because you are here now, but they are limiting you at present.
  So, if you read this, it may be time to distill the soul wisdom from those experiences, recognise these patterns as illusions, let the pressure off and expand your awareness beyond them;
• by being ready & willing to let go of these limiting patterns;
• by surrendering inwardly and asking Source to sort through those frequencies, however strange or uncomfortable this may feel;
• and by coming out the other end, into more freedom, more internal space and expansion.

You are welcome as you are, regardless of your experiences and decisions.

I am able to sit with you through layers of guilt, shame, regret, adoration, loss, fear, or whatever it is that you are willing to face about yourself & your family lines. All of these are frequencies: however nice or nasty they may feel, they will not hurt you.
By being present with you, I will support you to acknowledge them, surrender them to Source and unpack the soul’s light that you are within.

You may get insights and sensations during the session or afterwards. It is important to realise your mind does not need to know everything to be done with all the stories you’ve lived through. (Basically, our minds have been conditioned to try to be in control, and will try to hold on rather than let go.)

Trust is the key here: you are basically surrendering to your soul (as an individuation from Source), who knows exactly what you need to experience.

Does this mean you could open up to your soul by yourself to the same effect?
I would say “yes” and “yes, but”.

• Yes:
  by self-inquiry and holding space for yourself with patience and love and self-acceptance, you can go a very long way.
  You can do this daily, to process your experiences in your everyday life.
• And yes, but:
  two humans joining our presence and awareness with a joint intent for your growth is very powerful.
  This way, it is easier to stay with frequencies that do not feel comfortable, and your soul can pick up any wisdom that my soul has integrated from many lives and experiences in bright light and deep shadow.

Together our souls create a transmutational field for your personal growth, while at the personal level we each stay in our own connection with our own soul. Your soul is in the lead for what comes through for you, as it will (remember to) use anything in my field that you might need. This includes attunement to any energies that will support you.

• You can formulate an intention for the session to focus on (something in your daily life that you want a resolution for),
• or you may leave it totally open to your soul to guide you.
• If you do define a particular focus, it may be helpful to tell me what it is, but you do not necessarily have to tell me.

Please, notice that in the session I will receive information on a need-to-know basis only, which means I might not get any information at all to pass on to you. Parts of the session will be in silence – it helps when you are comfortable with that.

Background

Insights about the time we are living in came from studying one-on-one with mystical teacher Lucia René and mapping to her freqency. She published her book “Unplugging the Patriarchy” in 2009, and supported many women to open up and stand in their power since then. Lucia retired from teaching in 2024. www.luciarene.com

• Pay at booking through PayPal, or with a credit or debit card (also via PayPal, but you don’t need an account).
